Liability for content
KölnMusik GmbH takes pains to offer correct, complete and appropriate information via its Internet presence. Erroneous, inexact or incomplete content cannot be ruled out, however. KölnMusik GmbH is not liable for any damage that may arise as a result of using the information made available through the current Internet presence. This legal disclaimer does not apply in the case of wilful or grossly negligent errors on the part of KölnMusik GmbH or to damage in the form of injury to life, body or health.

Liability for links
In as far as KölnMusik GmbH's Internet offering enables access to third-party content, particularly in the form of links to other providers' Internet presences, attention is drawn to the fact that KölnMusik GmbH has no influence over such third-party content, nor does it espouse such content. KölnMusik GmbH is currently not aware of any illegal, unethical or immoral content on third-party providers' Internet pages referenced via links. Nevertheless, if illegal, immoral or unethical content were to be contained on the sites of third-party providers associated via links, KölnMusik GmbH expressly dissociates itself from such content. The provider of the Internet presence in question is solely liable for illegal, erroneous or incomplete content, particularly damage arising from the use of such content.

Copyright
The content and works compiled by the page operator on these pages are subject to German author's right (Urheberrecht). Duplication, adaptation, dissemination and any kind of exploitation beyond the scope of the author's right require the written consent of the relevant author or compiler. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Where the content on this page was not compiled by the operator, third-parties' author's rights shall be respected. In particular, third-party content will be characterized as such. If you should nevertheless become aware of any author's right infringement, please point this out to us. In the event of our being apprised of any infringement of rights, we shall remove any such content immediately.

Data protection
It is generally possible to use our webpage without submitting personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this will always be done on a voluntary basis, wherever possible. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would point out that data transfer on the Internet (e.g. in the case of e-mail communications) can involve security loopholes. Seamless protection of data from third-party access is not possible. It is our statutory duty to publish an imprint. We hereby expressly prohibit third parties from using contact data from the imprint to send any advertising or information material not expressly requested. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of any party sending unsolicited advertising information, e.g. via spam e-mail.

Use of Facebook plug-ins
The Internet page of the Kölner Philharmonie uses plug-ins from the social network Facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). If you call up Internet pages from our net presence fitted with such a plug-in, a script is executed in your browser in order to allow you to be identified as a Facebook user, or not. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can associate your Facebook account through the plug-in and detect that you have called up our webpage. If you click on the "Like" button, the information that you like our website will go onto your wall on Facebook (the visibility of your wall entry depends on your privacy settings in Facebook), and if you click on the "Send" button, you can share the page with one or more Facebook contacts. By doing this, the relevant information will be transferred straight to Facebook by the plug-in. If you have not logged on, a new window will open in which you can log into Facebook and complete the process. You will find more detailed information about data being collected and used by Facebook as well as the options for protecting your privacy in the data protection notes on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/policy.php). Please note that we assume no responsibility for the content and data protection notes issued by Facebook.

Use of Twitter
Our pages use functionalities of the microblogging service Twitter offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. If you use Twitter and the retweet function, data are transmitted to Twitter and used to link the websites visited by you to your Twitter account and publish them for other users. The Kölner Philharmonie receives no information about the content and use of these data through Twitter. You can learn more from the data protection notes issued by Twitter (http://twitter.com/privacy); there you will also find instructions on options for protecting your privacy on Twitter. Please note that we assume no responsibility for the content and data protection notes issued by Twitter.
